Through leadership development, collaborative learning, practical resources, intentional networking, workshops, and its annual KING Leadership Conference, KING helps Christian leaders and professionals grow in faith, lead with integrity, build strategic relationships, and create lasting Kingdom impact.
KING was founded by Carmen, an ordained apostle and experienced accounting, finance, operations, and leadership professional. With more than two decades of government experience, she brings together professional expertise, strategic insight, and spiritual discernment. Carmen is also a certified Master Life Coach, Financial Coach, Mental Health Coach for Ministries, speaker, upcoming author, podcaster, and emerging AI consultant and agent creator. She is passionate about helping leaders embrace their God-given identity, walk in aligned authority, and build a legacy that advances the Kingdom of God.
