Attorney Amanda Perry Carl spent almost 9 years as a commercial litigator, representing companies in high stakes, complex business litigation.  Thereafter, she spent 9 years as in-house counsel for two global, Christian-based companies based in central Florida, most recently serving as General Counsel for a global fertilizer company.  Amanda understands the ins and outs of business and knows the challenges faced by companies and recognizes that some risk is required in business.
