I began my working career as a launch technician in America's largest missile silos. A half-century later, some still call me the rocket scientist.

Following a season of wilderness documented in my upcoming book Lamb Lane, I launched Vivid Vision Imaging LLC in the early 2000s teaching, training, and repairing technology apps and services to residential and small business clients.

As technology advanced, I shifted my services from onsite support to eCommerce hosting on private servers, which remains the heart of Vivid Vision Imaging.

In 2008, a door opened offering me the opportunity to build an online bible college. I opened a code editor and from 2008 to 2010 I coded the International College of Ministry — a two-thousand plus page interactive seminary college. To this day, I chair the technologies department, a position I've held for 15 years.

During those years, I pursued my own degree, working my way through a bachelors, masters, and finally graduating with a Doctor of Theology in 2017.

The book publishing process was so technically challenging, I knew, if I experienced difficulties, a technology-challenged author didn't stand a chance. And with that, The Author Spot was born.

The Author Spot's byline is Go On And Write — We'll Handle The Tech, which summarizes the TAS approach to authoring platforms. The Author Spot caters to technology-challenged authors by managing author platforms into a single SAAS. (Software As A Service) This includes hosting in the TAS cloud and author brand promotions and marketing through the TAS social media array. As an author, my academic text Unchained & Under Cover is a study in biblical theology. My soon-to-be-published book Escape From Duda'El is a 425-page fictional adventure based on a "what if?". What if the angels referenced in Jude 1:6 escaped from their prison? To my delight, the book reads like a Tolkien adventure. I have two more books in development, a sister book to Unchained titled Foundations in Spiritual Warfare and an autobiographical text titled Lamb Lane that follows a season of wilderness that loosely parallels King Nebuchadnezzar's wilderness experience in Daniel 4:25.
