Life's Choices Women's Clinic was established In Eustis Florida in 2006.  We saw a great need in the South Lake County area for our second location.  We are here to serve women, men and children who need our No Cost services including Pregnancy tests, Ultrasounds, STD/ STI tests and Options Counseling.  We also provide Telehealth appointments with our Nursing staff.
