Job Title: Pharmacy Manager & Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) – Retail and Compounding
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Summary:
The Pharmacy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and operational excellence in both retail and compounding. This role requires strong knowledge of USP standards and a passion for patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Lead and train staff, fostering professionalism and excellence
• Ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, 800, FDA, DEA, and state regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on customized compounding solutions
• Maintain active pharmacist licenses across multiple states

Qualifications:

• PharmD with an active Texas license; multi-state licensing preferred
• 5+ years of pharmacy management experience (sterile compounding preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and regulatory compliance
• Experience training pharmacists and collaborating with providers
• Must be licensed in the following states:
  

  -Louisiana

  -Tennessee

  -Oklahoma

  -Nebraska

  -Nevada

  -Arkansas

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 9 AM – 6:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 9 AM – 1 PM

Application Requirements:

• Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Dallas area
• Background and drug test required
