24 years experience from front-line ministry to HR and professional coaching / consulting at the world headquarters for Cru / Campus Crusade for Christ as a self-supported missionary. My career progression culminated with specialization in helping paid and supported staff know, show, and grow their "God-wired awesome" for the Kingdom professionally and personally. I loved working across the entire range of leadership from receptionists to executives. I helped our staff enjoy their work for the Kingdom based on their unique wiring as given to them by God. 

Each person is unique in what they bring to the table, the computer, or the phone each day. I help organizations capitalize on the talent of their employees, both to the individual and teams.
