CATHERINE STEINER has served in the faith and work movement since 2013, equipping leaders to integrate faith into everyday work and life. She has held leadership roles with Workmatters, Women in the Marketplace, Polished Network, and 4word, where she helped lead national initiatives in workplace Bible studies, community groups, mentoring, and faith-based leadership development. 

Catherine is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership and has contributed to workplace Bible studies, YouVersion reading plans, and publications including iWork4Him and sheWorks4Him. Her background spans nonprofit leadership, technology and systems development, training, instructional design, sales coaching, writing, and entrepreneurship. 

Today, Catherine continues to serve the faith and work movement through consulting, writing, speaking, and fostering collaboration among leaders and organizations. Her mission is to help people and organizations live out their God-given purpose with clarity, courage, and collaboration, leading to greater Kingdom impact.
